Cancellation & Refund Policy
Workshops
We understand plans can change, but as a small studio with limited spots (max 4 per workshop), we appreciate as much notice as possible to offer your place to someone else. Our policy is designed to be fair and flexible:
- 14+ days before the workshop start date: Full refund (minus a $10 per each spot admin fee to cover processing).
- 8-13 days before the workshop start date: 50% refund per workshop spot, or transfer your booking/s to another available date/workshop at no extra cost (subject to availability).
- Less than 7 days before the workshop start date: Unfortunately, no refund or transfer, as it’s too late to fill the spot. However, if we can reschedule you to a similar session within the next month (space permitting), we’ll do our best to accommodate at a reduced admin fee of $30.
- NO shows: Unfortunately, no refund or transfer is possible
For multi-day workshops, the policy applies to the first session date, if there is a no show or cancelation after the first session there is no refund or transfer. All cancellations must be in writing (email)—we’ll confirm receipt and process within 48 hours.
If the workshop is cancelled by us (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances), you’ll receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another date. We reserve the right to adjust group sizes or formats if needed, but we’ll always notify you in advance.
