Orders are delivered using International NZ Post or courier and may require a signature upon delivery so they can be tracked. We only deliver to residential, rural or business addresses - PO Boxes are not accepted for security reasons.
Please ensure you have your order delivered to an address where someone is available to sign for it. If you were unavailable to sign for an item when our courier called or are rural, they will leave a Card to Call at the delivery address. This card details when the delivery was attempted, the item number and what you need to do to have the items re-delivered.
We apologise if you have received a product that is broken or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. Please contact us via our contact page to arrange an exchange or refund. Please include your order details in the message.
If your product arrives damaged, please retain the packaging as this will be required for any claim for insurance from our side. Please contact us via our contact page and we will organise the return of the product or a replacement order will be dispatched as soon as possible.
